Buffalo Bayou Redevelopment
- Provided staff to Buffalo Bayou Partnership under management contract (inception – 2002)
- Led and managed planning, fund-raising, design and construction of $22.5 million Sesquicentennial Park and adjacent linear parks. (1985-1998)
- Organized planning task force in 1984 and an ongoing 501(c)(3) oversight entity, the Buffalo Bayou Partnership, in 1986. Served as administrator for Partnership. (1986-1995)
- Assisted master plan development for East Sector from downtown to ship channel (1991-1992)
- Facilitated plan development for Allen’s Landing area (1989)
- Managed design of Linear Parks 1, 2, and 3, and development and opening of Linear Parks 1 and 3 (1988)
- Prepared redevelopment masterplan (1986)
- Sponsored national competition for design of Sesquicentennial Park (1985-86)
