Mobility
- Provide Transportation Management Organization role, assisting downtown employers and employees with transit, parking, and access; transportation advocacy and planning. (ongoing)
- Advocacy for regional transit system development including light rail (ongoing)
- Advocacy of transit plan for downtown including Consensus Bus Operating Plan, Metro Trolleys, Transit Street Program, Transit-to-Tunnel Superstop, Transit Centers and Main Street light rail (ongoing)
- Negotiated down target percentage for Employer Trip Reduction Program (1992) and formed ETRP committee for downtown (1992)
- Formed, with other organizations, the Houston Regional Mobility Association as the ongoing lobby entity for mobility (1989-1992)
- Key advocate for fixed guideway plan and key supporter of campaign resulting in successful referendum endorsing METRO’s Phase 2 Mobility Plan (1985-1988)
- Tri-party participant with City and Metro in conception, planning, and schematic design of $18.9 million downtown transit street project (1985-1987)
- Assisted with establishment of Texas Special Circulator bus routes (1983)
