Planning and development for downtown Houston

• With the Downtown District, designed, published, and continue advocacy of plan for public and private sector entities involved in development: Downtown Houston Development Framework (ongoing)
• Assist in ad-hoc capacity with ongoing design review functions of numerous public and private projects (ongoing)
• Provide planning assistance to Planning & Development, Convention & Entertainment Facilities and other City departments (ongoing)
• Advocate comprehensive planning with local governments and serve as the downtown/inner city spokesperson with development agencies throughout the greater metropolitan area (ongoing)
• Leading the effort with the Houston Library System to identify a strategic direction for the Central Complex facilities that merits and will receive support of the Houston community. (2001 to present)
