Programs : Construction Coordination

Central Houston works with the City of Houston, METRO, Downtown District, utility companies and private developers in improving the coordination of the impacts of construction activity. Traffic flow, pedestrian access, pedestrian experience, scale, site conditions, timing, and public communications are a part of the coordination effort.
Prior to 2006, our focus was primarily on the completion of METRO'sTransit Streets and the city's Cotswold projects. Most recent work has been with developments such as Houston Pavilions, One Park Place, Discovery Green, Hess Tower, Embassy Suites and others.
