Central Houston is working with the City of Houston, METRO, Downtown District, utility companies and private developers in improving the coordination of the impacts of construction activity. Traffic flow, pedestrian access, site conditions, timing, and public communications are a part of the coordination effort.

Prior to 2006, our focus was primarily on the completion of Metro's Transit Streets and the city's Cotswold projects.  We continue to work with various entities with respect to Houston Pavilions, One Park Place, Discovery Green and others.
